Sanjay Kumar of Computer Associates' resigns
New York: Sanjay Kumar, who had resigned as chairman and CEO of Computer Associates International (CA) in April this year but had remained as chief software architect, is quitting the the firm as it tries to settle a long-running criminal probe into its accounting. CA said Kumar, who had taken the title of chief software architect when he stepped down as chairman and CEO, will cease all involvement with its business, effective immediately
