Stock Exchange delistings
Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals Ltd has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the shares of the company have been delisted from the Madras Stock Exchange effective March 12, Delhi Stock Exchange Ltd from March 31, and the Ahmedabad Stock Exchange from March 31, 2004. CMC Ltd has informed that the equity shares of the company have been delisted from the Hyderabad Stock Exchange from June 3.
TTK Prestige Ltd has announced that the shares of the company have been delisted from the Madras Stock Exchange from May 31. Lupin Ltd has said that the shares of the company have been delisted from the Jaipur Stock Exchange.

Geojit Securities Ltd has informed that the shares of the company have been delisted from the Coimbatore Stock Exchange from May 21 and Madras Stock Exchange effective May 31.
Nirma Ltd has informed that it intends to delist its equity shares from the Ahmedabad Stock Exchange, subject to necessary approvals. Visesh Infotecnics Ltd has informed that the shares of the company have been delisted from the Bangalore Stock Exchange from June 3. Mahavir Spinning Mills Ltd has announced that it will get its shares de-listed from the Ludhiana Stock Exchange. Vardhaman Spinning & General Mills Ltd has notified that it will delist the securities of the company from the Ludhiana Stock Exchange.

Tatas to launch Floater Fund
Kolkata: The Tata Mutual Fund is set to launch its first hybrid scheme with the bulk of its debt component parked in floating rate instruments. The proposed Tata MIP Floater Fund will have at least 65 per cent of its debt assets invested in floating rate securities as well as fixed rate securities swapped for floating rate. The scheme will be free to make limited investments in stocks, the ceiling for equities being 20 per cent. Investors who wish to opt for the monthly dividend option would be required to put in a minimum amount of Rs 25,000, the offer document sent to the regulator has stated. The Crisil Blended MIP Index will be the benchmark index for the scheme.
