Sensex: Shrugging off the inertia
Mumbai: Benchmark BSE index Sensex recorded a handsome gain of 1.07 per cent or 51.08 points for the day, closing at 4,839.88 points. At the National Stock Exchange, the 50 stock Nifty index ended at 1512.05, around 1.16 per cent or 17.30 points higher than its previous closing level.
