NRIs hail budget
London: The Chairman of the London-based Caparo group, Lord Swraj Paul, joined NRIs from various parts of the world in hailing the Indian budget as 'positive' and 'growth-oriented'. Lord Paul along with the NRIs has stressed that the budget's focus on agriculture would help reduce poverty. They have pointed out that sooner or later the West will have to cut agriculture subsidy and hence agriculture today has a big potential for exports.
