Dr. Vasanthan joins the National Bank of Oman as CEO
Chennai: DR B. Vasanthan, former Chairman and Managing Director of Andhra Bank, has joined the National Bank of Oman, as its Chief Executive Officer. Dr Vasanthan started his career in 1965 with Syndicate Bank and continued to serve the bank until 1998 as General Manager. After spending 33 years with Syndicate Bank, he moved on to join Andhra Bank, as Executive Director being subsequently promoted as Chairman and Managing Director in 2000.
