Markets: Bears rear up again
Mumbai: The BSE Sensex declined by about 25 points to close at 5,169 points, down from the previous close of 5194.63. The S&P CNX Nifty, declined by four points to close at 1,626 points.

TCS IPO oversubscribed 4.2 times
Mumbai: According to market sources, the initial public offering of the Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) have been oversubscribed by 4.2 times as on Wednesday.

The total number of applications received has exceeded five lakhs. Qualified institutional buying has crossed 6.6 times.
