ICFAI varsity V-C named
Hyderabad:
Dr J. Mahender Reddy has been appointed Vice-Chancellor of the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India (ICFAI) University at Tripura. In a release here on Tuesday, the University said Dr Reddy, an alumni of the Delhi School of Economics, obtained his doctorate from the University of Alberta in Edmonton, Canada.

He held the prestigious Chair in Indian Ocean Studies at the University of Mauritius during 1998-2000 and taught in Canada, US and in the Administrative Staff College of India before joining Osmania University in 1997 where he worked as head of the Department of Economics and Dean, Faculty of Social Sciences. He is at present Principal of ICFAI Institute for Management Teachers, the release said.

Anjan and Kapil among Pepsi's top salespeople
New Delhi:
Pepsico has announced that Anjan Patole and Kapil Agarwal of PepsiCo India Holdings were among the company's top salespeople during a special awards ceremony held at PepsiCo Headquarters in Purchase, New York.

Patole, Franchise Manager (Gurgaon), and Agarwal, Unit Manager (Noida), were inducted into the President's Ring of Honour, a coveted honour for PepsiCo's salespeople. Amongst PepsiCo's 85,000 salespeople worldwide, they were specially recognised for their outstanding contribution to the company's success.
