net up in Q2
Hyderabad: The Board of Directors of ICSA (India)
Ltd has decided to convene a meeting of the company
next month to consider and issue 400,000 equity shares
on preferential allotment to the promoters of the company
as per SEBI guidelines.
ICSA in a statement has said that it recorded total
income of Rs.4.31 crore and a net profit of Rs85 lakh
for the quarter ended September 30, as against total
income of Rs1.24 crore and a net profit of Rs14 lakh
for the corresponding quarter last year.
The company had recorded total income of Rs6.05 crore
and a net profit of Rs53 lakh for 2003-04.
