claim for exclusive or vested right to its sauce brands,
'Masala Chilli' and 'Hot & Sweet' but has rejected
the company's claim to its sauce variant, 'Chilli Garlic.'

from April 2003.
The HC has held that the sauce 'Chilli Garlic' comprises
