London: Non-Resident Indian steel tycoon Lakshmi Mittal has been named Fortune magazine's `Europe Businessman of the Year.'

R.C. Bhargava joins Dabur India Ltd. board
New Delhi: The board of directors of DIL has appointed R.C. Bhargava, former Managing Director of Maruti Udyog, as independent director in place of Ajay Bahl.

P N Vijay, Stuart Purdy and Gaj Singh are the other three independent directors of DIL. The board has two executive directors, besides four promoter directors.
