Dr. P. Raja Mohan Rao quits Dhanalakshmi Bank board
Kochi: Dr P. Raja Mohan Rao, the single largest shareholder of Dhanalakshmi Bank, has resigned from the board of the bank.

Dr Rao and some of his close relatives hold around 37 per cent stake in the bank. Dr Rao continues to hold his stake in the bank.

New CEO for Seaways Shipping
Hyderabad: Seaways Shipping Ltd has announced that Capt. K Vijay Gopal has been promoted as the Chief Executive Officer of Maxicon Shipping Agencies Pvt Ltd and Seamaster Shipping and Logistics Pvt Ltd.

Seaways Shipping has a network of 25 branches in India and is associated with various companies abroad.

Sampath Iyengar is new CEO at PSI Data
Mumbai: PSI Data Systems Ltd has informed the BSE that Sampath Iyengar has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the company. Iyengar, a former Chairman and CEO of Foundation Software group headquartered in USA, has over 20 years of global experience in the IT industry.

He has held positions in leadership, strategy, market development, IT consulting and software development. He was also Senior Advisor to ITSMA, an international strategic consulting and best practices firm.
