IndusInd Bank looks at JV with a foreign player
Bangalore: IndusInd Bank (IB) owned by the Hinduja group is looking at floating a JV for wealth management with an international player for tapping domestic high-networth individuals.

The bank is also looking at floating a subsidiary that would provide consultancy and planning services to help foreign banks set up branches in the country.

The new JV is expected to become operational before the end of the current year.
