FIIs net sellers in equities at Rs150.1 crore
Mumbai:
Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) recorded net sales of Rs150.1 crore (US dollar 34.4 million) in equities for the trading week ended May 13 while mutual funds (MFs) were net purchasers at Rs662.28 crore.

The foreign funds were net purchasers at Rs143.6 crore (USD 32.9 million) in the debt market for the period under review, according to the data available with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) here. The mutual funds were net purchasers in the debt market at Rs742.38 crore.

The Stock Exchange, Mumbai, (BSE) during the week under review, saw the sensex gaining 0.99 per cent to close at 6,451.54 points.
