CLSA Fund picks up 5.4 per cent in APAR Industries
Mumbai:
APAR Industries, a company into speciality oil and aluminium conductors, has said that Shinny Ltd, a private equity fund managed by CLSA has subscribed to 34.45 lakh convertible preference shares at Rs185 aggregating Rs63.75 crore.

These shares constitute 5.4 per cent of the company's equity.

Each preference share will be converted into one equity share at Rs185 within one year from the date of allotment, company said in a release.
