Tata Technologies appoints Ajit Dubhashi as CFO
Mumbai: Tata Technologies has announced the appointment of Ajit Dubhashi as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Dubhashi, a chartered accountant, joins the Tata Group company after serving as senior vice president and CFO at Zensar Technologies, according to a company release.

The appointment coincides with the company making an open bid for acquiring the UK-based Incat International for GBP53.40mn.

Tata Technologies Managing Director Patrick McGoldrick welcomed Dubhashi on his appointment saying "his IT service industry experience brings an important level of perspective into our company at a time when we are rapidly expanding our global business in engineering design, IT enabled manufacturing etc."

Ex-Union secretary T.R Prasad joins Suven Life board
Hyderabad:
Suven Life Sciences Ltd has announced that T.R. Prasad, former Union Cabinet Secretary, has joined its board on Monday as an independent director.

In a press release here on Tuesday, the company said that Prasad, IAS, holds a Master's degree in Physics (Electronics) from Banaras University. He is also a lifetime fellow of the Institute of Engineers.

Prasad served the Finance Commission as member, the ministries of Defence and Industry as secretary, and the Foreign Investment Promotion Board as chairman.

Akhila Chandan is Capco's Human Capital manager for India
Bangalore:
Consulting, managed services and technology solutions provider, Capco has announced the appointment of Ms Akhila Chandan as Human Capital Manager for India.

"Based here, she will be responsible for all Capco's human capital management and development activities in the country, focusing specifically on strategies for staff recruitment, retention, policies and benefits," a company statement said.
