`Stars of Asia' award for Mani Shankar Aiyar
New Delhi: Petroleum minister, Mani Shankar Aiyar, has won the `Stars of Asia Award 2005'. The award, constituted by Business Week Asia, honours those who have made significant contributions towards fuelling both economic and political growth.

There are four categories - agenda setters, managers, financers and innovators.

Aiyar has been awarded in the category of agenda setters. The award was announced at the 9th Annual CEOs' forum in Beijing.
