Bansal takes over as IOC Director
New Delhi: B.M. Bansal has taken over as Director, Planning & Business Development, of the Indian Oil Corporation Ltd, a company statement said.

He was earlier on the board of IndianOil as its Director, Research and Development.

Intel veteran Avtar Saini joins eInfochips board
Mumbai: eInfochips, a provider of electronic design services, has announced the appointment of Avtar Saini to its board of directors.
Avtar is an Intel veteran having spent 22 years there. He has worked in various capacities in the areas of microprocessor design and development. He holds seven patents related to microprocessor design.

As Intel's Director for South Asia, Saini managed the company's businesses in the Indian sub-continent and built the company's engineering team of over 1,500 engineers.

P.S. Prasad takes charge as CEO, Dhanalakshmi Bank
Kochi: P.S. Prasad has assumed charge as managing director and chief executive officer of Dhanalakshmi Bank with effect from November 26.

Prasad has over 24 years of banking experience with the State Bank of India and ICICI Bank and has also worked in the Gulf region for a brief period. His areas of specialisation are corporate and retail banking, a press release from Dhanalakshmi Bank has said.
