R.S.Sharma, director (finance) ONGC, bags award
Kolkata: R. S. Sharma, director (finance) of ONGC, has bagged the `The India CFO Awards 2005' for `excellence in finance in a PSU.'

International Market Assessment India Pvt Ltd, along with BNP Paribas, Sun Microsystems and CNBC TV-18, conferred the award on December 13.

According to a 14-member jury committee headed by G. N. Bajpai, former chairman of SEBI, Sharma has played a major role in ONGC's rise to become India's most profitable company.
