Divya Gupta set to join ADAE group as media advisor
Mumbai: Market sources say that Divya Gupta, erstwhile president of Rediffusion's media arm, The Media Edge (TME), may be all set to join ADAE (Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Enterprises) group as the media advisor.

Her appointment comes on the heels of Sandip Tarkas, the former chief executive officer of RK Swamy's Media Direction, taking over as media head at ADAE.

Having two media veterans under one roof is set to ensure checks and balances in the media dealings of the company. Gupta, sources said, might be appointed either as a full-time or a part-time executive.

In February 2005, Gupta resigned as the president of TME after heading the agency since its inception in 1999.

Earlier in the year, Sanjay Behl, an ex-HLL hand and marketing chief of Nokia, had been recruited as Reliance Infocomm's head of branding. Nalini Gupta was also roped in as the marketing advisor and Ajay Kakar as the head of branding of Reliance Capital.
