Purohit is Walt Disney's publishing biz head
Bangalore: Manish Purohit has been appointed as the head of the Walt Disney Company's publishing business in India. In this role, he will shoulder the responsibility of strategic growth and expansion of the company's publishing business, a company statement said.

Mr Purohit will spearhead new product launches and also implement marketing and promotions programme with a long-term vision in this business.

Chakrapani appointed Nokia country GM
New Delhi: Nokia announced the appointment of Chakrapani GK as the country general manager, Nokia Enterprise Solutions.

Based in Delhi, Chakrapani will be responsible for the overall operations of Enterprise Solutions Business Group in India, overseeing end-to-end offerings, from business-optimized mobile devices to secure mobile connectivity gateways and network security.

Before joining Nokia, Chakrapani spent three years with Datacraft India as the general manager, North & East India, where he was responsible for the company's operations in that region.

Chakrapani has also worked as an entrepreneur, founding and managing Office Infinity India.

Chakrapani has more than fourteen years of work experience across a mix of Hardware, Software and Systems Integration companies.
