Jaiprakash Hydro appoints Manoj Gaur as chairman
Mumbai: Manoj Gaur has been appointed as chairman of Jaiprakash Hydro Power and Sunil Kumar Sharma as the vice-chairman of the company, consequent to Jaiprakash Gaur, the founder chairman, Jaypee Group, stepping down from the board of directors of the company.

Jaiprakash Hydro-Power, a part of the Jaypee Group owns and operates the 300 MW Baspa-II Hydroelectric Project at district Kinnaur in Himachal Pradesh.

Udayan Bose on the board of Reliance Cap
Mumbai: Udayan Bose, former managing director, Lazard UK and USA and founder chairman, Lazard India, has joined the board of the company of Reliance Capital on December 29, 2005, according to information supplied by the company to the BSE.

Bose has over 35 years of domestic and international experience in banking, corporate finance, project finance and restructuring.

Hyderabad: Infotech Enterprises Ltd has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that Rajan Babu Kasetty, director of the company, has resigned with effect from December 27, 2005.
