Ashish Sinha, North America chief for Polaris quits
Chennai: Ashish Sinha, head, North America, Polaris Software Lab, has quit the company to join Citi Bank in the US. Kartik Kaushik, head of Polaris business in Western Europe, has replaced Sinha in the US. Based out of New Jersey, he is responsible for the entire region covering Canada, the US and Latin America.

Similarly, Bikash Mathur has become executive vice-president and business head of Polaris Europe. Prior to this, he was heading the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) region.

Last quarter Polaris appointed Arvind Mishra as executive vice-president & global head - talent and change. He is responsible for human resources and organisational change initiatives. Prior to joining Polaris, he was vice-president, IBM Global Services, India.
