Xansa
executive chairman, Saurabh Srivastava, to retire

Delhi: Outsourcing and technology company, Xansa on
Tuesday announced that Saurabh Srivastava, executive chairman
of Xansa India, would retire from the board on March 31,
having reached Xansa's normal retirement age.
Commenting
on his retirement, Bill Alexander, chairman, said, "Mr
Saurabh joined Xansa on the acquisition of IIS Infotech
Ltd in 1998, having founded the company in 1989, and has
played a pivotal role in helping to develop Xansa India's
capability as a foremost offshore IT and BPO provider.
One of the most respected IT leaders, Mr Saurabh is recognised
as one of the architects of the Indian software industry
and is Chairman Emeritus of the National Association of
Software and Service Companies."
