Goodlass Nerolac declares 85 per cent interim dividend
Mumbai:
Goodlass Nerolac Paints has declared an interim dividend of 85 per cent for the current fiscal.

The board of directors has declared a special interim dividend of 85 per cent that is, Rs8.50 per equity share of Rs10 each, it informed the BSE.

Kopran to issue equity shares to offshore fund - will raise Rs.57.77 crore
Mumbai: Kopran plans to raise about Rs57.77 crore through issue of equity shares and warrants on preferential basis to Clearwater Capital Partners (Cyprus) at the price of Rs54.70 to fund its capital expenditure and other growth plans.

Further, in line with the company's plans to increase its focus on basic research and marketing of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients, the board of directors had approved a proposal of restructuring of Kopran Research Laboratories (KLL), a 100 per cent subsidiary of the company, subject to approval of the shareholders and the regulatory authorities.

Ashok Leyland allots shares upon FCCN conversion
Mumbai: Commercial vehicle manufacturer Ashok Leyland has allotted 56, 90,322 equity shares upon conversion of 4,000 Foreign Currency Convertible Notes (FCCNs).

The board committee allotted the shares of Re1 each upon FCCN conversion, the Hinduja Group flagship company informed the BSE.
