Kotak, Sachs not to poach on each other's talent
Mumbai:
Kotak Mahindra and Goldman Sachs have entered into a no-poaching agreement. The move is likely to allay apprehensions of the Kotak management about the likely movement of employees to Goldman, the world's biggest investment bank.

Kotak's top management includes executive directors, Dipak Gupta and C Jayaram, Shivaji Dam, group head (corporate and institutional banking) Shanti Ekambaram, Kotak Life Insurance Gaurang Shah and retail liabilities head KVS Manian.
Goldman will compete with Kotak in most areas after it sets up operations in India.

Pasrija appointed CMD, OIL
New Delhi: M R Pasrija has taken over as the chairman and managing director of the Oil India Ltd (OIL). According to a company release Pasrija was the director (finance) of the company for over five years before being appointed as CMD.

He joined OIL in 1981 and has served in various capacities

Bijou Kurien of Titan to join Reliance's retail venture
New Delhi: Bijou Kurien, chief operating officer (COO) of Titan Industries, is joining Reliance's retail venture. Kurien will head the lifestyle division of the retail venture.

Kurien has confirmed the development and is most likely to join by the end of April or early May.

His overall product portfolio would include cosmetics, fragrances, pens, watches and jewellery, among others.
