New ED for Oriental Bank
New Delhi: Allen C.A. Pereira has been appointed as a new executive director in the Oriental Bank of Commerce (OBC). Prior to joining OBC, Pereira headed Delhi Zone of Syndicate Bank.

He was general manager (personnel & services) with Syndicate Bank before joining OBC. Pereira joined Syndicate Bank as a specialist officer in personnel in 1973.

Kalyan Mukherjee is ED Andhra Bank
Hyderabad: Kalyan Mukherjee has taken charge as the executive director of Andhra Bank. Earlier the General Manager of the UCO Bank, Mukherjee has 37 years of banking experience, including 10 years abroad.

A HR specialist, Mr Mukherjee was a member of Personnel Committee, Indian Banks Association, a press release from Andhra Bank said here.

Top level churn at O&M
Mumbai: S N Rane has been appointed as co-executive chairman of Ogilvy &Mather India. He was earlier working in the capacity of COO for India and South Asia for O&M and would continue to hold these posts as well.

"In his two decades at Ogilvy, Rane has been associated with every aspect of the company's business and has contributed in making Ogilvy the leading communications agency in the country today," said Piyush Pandey, executive chairman & national creative director, O&M India.

Pratap Bose, president of O&M India's outdoor advertising division Ogilvy Activation, has been named CEO of O&M India. Bose is managing director (India and South Asia) of Kinetic, a part of O&M India. Pratap will be taking over from John Goodman who is moving to head Ogilvy & Mather (Japan) in June.
