Rustagi is new HR chief at BEML
Bangalore: Ravindra Kumar Rustagi has taken over as the new director (HR) and board member at public sector Bharat Earth Movers. Before this appointment he was the executive director (HR) at NTPC, New Delhi. Rustagi started his career at Steel Authority of India in 1973 and moved over to NTPC during 1978.

New ED for Vijaya Bank
Bangalore: T Valliappan, has been appointed executive director of Vijaya Bank. Having started his career with Indian Bank Valliappan worked in various capacities in the marketing, public relations, customer service, human resources and management departments at Indian Bank before he joined Vijaya Bank.

New Indian Bank ED
Mumbai: M.S. Sundara Rajan has been appointed executive director of Indian Bank. He will be holding office as a whole time director until March 31, 2010. Prior to joining Indian Bank, Mr Rajan was general manager at Union Bank of India.

Kailasa Prasad appointed new chief postmaster general for AP circle
Hyderabad: D Kailasa Prasad has been appointed as the principal chief postmaster general, Andhra Pradesh Postal Circle. An officer of the 1971 batch of the India Postal Service, Prasad took charge on Monday. Prior to this he was commissioner, small savings, Andhra Pradesh government.
