Infosys mulls bonus issue
Mumbai: Shares of Information technology leader Infosys Technologies Ltd hit a 52-week high of Rs3,400 on the Bombay Stock Exchange on Friday after it announced that it would consider a bonus issue of its shares on April 14.
The board of directors would meet on April 14, 2006, to consider the issue of bonus shares, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.

Shipping Corporation to declare audited FY 06 results by June 30, 2006
Mumbai: Shipping Corporation of India Ltd has informed BSE that the Company would be publishing its audited results for the financial year 2005-06 within a period of three months from the close of the last quarter ended on March 31, 2006 in lieu of publishing the un-audited results for the quarter ended March 31, 2006.

Wipro board to consider dividend declaration on 19th April
Mumbai: Wipro Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to be held on over two days i.e., on April 18, 2006 and April 19, 2006, will also consider and approve recommendation for declaration of dividend.

The company has said that the accounts, as well as recommendation for declaration of dividend, would be finally approved by the Board of Directors only on April 19, 2006.

Chennai Petroleum to declare audited FY 06 results by June 30, 2006
Chennai: Chennai Petroleum Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Company will be publishing the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2006 before June 30, 2006, instead of the un-audited financial results for the last quarter ended March 31, 2006.
