management change at Bharat Electronics unit
Bangalore: H.S. Bhadoria has become the new director,
Bangalore Complex, of Bharat Electronics Ltd. He was earlier
general manager (personnel) of the Bangalore Complex,
in charge of personnel, industrial relations, welfare,
security, training and medical departments.
Three
new general managers have taken charge at the Bangalore
unit.

Rajaram has been appointed GM (engineering services);
H.S. Satyanarayana GM (personnel) and H.N. Ramakrishna
GM (military communication & electronic warfare).
Rajaram
joined BEL in 1983 and was instrumental in setting up
the Kotdwara unit. In Bangalore since 1994, he has headed
the civil, electrical, environment, contracts and Construction
New Projects departments. He chairs the Corporate Energy
Conservation and Energy Audit Committee. Satyanarayana
has been with BEL since 1970 and has worked in the Semiconductors
Division and Naval Systems until 2002. Ramakrishna joined
the company in July 1977 and has worked on the design
of UHF military communication equipment, design quality
assurance, quality and reliability education and manufacture
of airborne electronic equipment.

Bangalore: Hitachi Data Systems has announced the
appointment of Sunil Sapra, who was earlier in charge
of Enterprise accounts at Hitachi Data Systems India,
as regional director for North.

MD at Infineon
Bangalore: Semiconductor firm Infineon Technologies
has announced the appointment of Albert Stritter as the
new managing director in charge of strategy and direction
to further develop its software development centre.
The
India R&D centre currently employs over 600 and works
on VoIP (Voice over IP/ IP telephony), mobile software,
base band technologies as well as design flow and library
development.
