Can Fin Homes appoints directors
Mumbai: B Balakrishna Shetty and J S Vasan have been appointed as directors of Can Fin Homes the company informed the BSE. Further the c ompany has informed that, R V S Rao was re-appointed as director of the company.

Rahul Malhotra to head Merrill Lynch's private client business in India
Hong Kong: Top U.S. investment bank, Merrill Lynch has appointed Citigroup veteran Rahul Malhotra as head of its private client business in India.

Merrill, which has total client assets of $1.8 trillion worldwide, said Malhotra would start on September 1 and be based in Singapore, overseeing its onshore Indian brokerage operations and its non-resident Indian business.

Malhotra earlier led retail banking in Asia Pacific for Citigroup.
