Tulip appoints new vice-president
New Delhi: Tulip IT Services has appointed Lt Gen P.P.S. Bhandari as the company's vice-president. He will be responsible at the macro level as well as at the corporate and business association and top management level. An alumnus of RCDS, UK and Galilee college, Israel, he has a MSc and a MPhil degree in Defence and Management Studies and previously was the Deputy Chief of the Indian Army.
