Samsung reshuffles top brass
New Delhi: Korean cheabol Samsung has affected changes in its executive portfolio for its Indian subsidiary. Korean expatriate S H Park, who joined Samsung India few months back, has been appointed as marketing director (home appliances) In effect, Park would be the head of the appliances business.

Rohit Mathur till now GM (home appliance) marketing and who has headed the washing machines and microwave businesses in the past may resign.

Jogesh Jaitley, who has been handling institutional sales of consumer electronics and appliances, would also look after B2B business for IT in the new set-up, making him the overall head of the B2B business.

He would report directly to Ravinder Zutshi, the deputy managing director of Samsung India.
Zutshi has been given the responsibility of setting up a new team for retail sales.

This division would be engaged in dealing with large retail formats, which are emerging in the country. Samsung will appoint a new head for this retail sales wing.
