Accenture
CEO to come to India
Bangalore: Accenture's chairman and CEO, William (Bill)
D. Green will visit Accenture's operations in Bangalore
as part of his maiden India tour starting January 29.
The main objective of his visit is to connect with employees
in Bangalore and to get a feel of the kind of services
delivery happening from Accenture's India operations,
company sources said.
About
one fourth of Accenture's 43 global delivery centres located
across 30 countries are based in India through which it
serves over 275 clients.
Accenture
employs about 25,500 people in India, its largest employee
base outside the US, accounting for one-eighth of the
company's global workforce of 1.49 lakh.
