Asim Ghosh may stay with Vodafone
Mumbai: Hutch-Essar controlled by Vodafone will now target a 20-25 per cent share of the Indian telecom market and will continue with the top management team led by Asim Ghosh, Vodafone said.

Asim Ghosh, managing director of Hutch-Essar said he would like continue to head the new-look venture and said he was open to an IPO by the company.

A.V. Kamat is new HMT chief
Hyderabad: A V Kamat has been appointed the new chairman and managing director of PSU watchmaker HMT having taken over from S A Zahed, who retired on January 31.

Before this Kamat was the managing director of HMT Machine Tools, a wholly owned subsidiary of HMT.
