UCO Bank appoints Pereira as CMD
New Delhi: UCO Bank has appointed Allen C.A. Periera, as its new chairman and managing director. Pereira is now executive director, Oriental Bank of Commerce.
Periera would come in the place of the incumbent CMD, V.

Sridar, who is superannuating in July. Sources said that the Finance Ministry had issued the consent letter for Mr Periera's appointment as CMD of UCO Bank.
