Prithvi Info launches $50 million FCCB issue
Hyderabad: Prithvi Information Solutions Ltd has launched a $50-million zero coupon foreign currency convertible bonds offerings due in 2012. These bonds will be listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Ltd.

This offering has been fully subscribed and the conversion price for the bonds has been fixed at Rs469.13 per equity share. The yield to maturity on the bonds would be 8.58 per cent. Edelweiss Capital Ltd acted as the placement agents and adviser to the company for this issue.

Yokogawa India delisting offer accepted by Japanese parent
Mumbai: Yokogawa India's delisting offer of 8.10 lakh equity shares has been accepted by Japanese Yokogawa Electric Corporation which will acquire the shares at a price of up to Rs478 each.

The company's 8.10 lakh equity shares of Rs10 each have been offered through the Bombay Stock Exchange, in the reverse book building route, during February 15-20, it said.

Yokogawa Electric Corporation will pay in for all the valid offers at that price the company said.

Reliance MF changes fund's benchmark
Mumbai: Reliance Capital Asset Management has changed the benchmark for its Reliance Regular Savings Fund-Balanced Option to Crisil Balanced Index with immediate effect. Earlier, the fund benchmarked its performance against Crisi l MIP Blended Index.

Canbank MF to merge 2 schemes with equity fund
Mumbai: Canbank Investment Management Services will merge Cangrowth Plus and CanD'mat schemes with its open-end equity fund Canfortune' 94 on March 20. The decision had been taken to reduce cost and provide flexibility in operations, the fund house said. Canfortune' 94 fund has the mandate to invest up to 85 per cent of its assets in equity and the rest in debt and money market instruments.

Investors not willing to accept the merger could redeem their units without paying any exit load till March 16, the fund house added.
