Boeing
appoints Vivek Lall as VP business development in India
New Delhi: Aircraft maker Boeing has appointed Vivek
Lall as vice president of business development for the
company's Integrated Defense System (IDS) business in
India.
Mark Kronenberg, vice president of IDS business development,
Asia-Pacific said, "Vivek's appointment reflects
our strong commitment to build long-term customer and
industry partnerships and grow our business opportunities
in India."
Joining
Boeing in 1996 Lall has held numerous leadership roles
in marketing and engineering, including manager in the
airplane performance and propulsion group.
Before
joining Boeing, Lall worked for Raytheon and with NASA
Ames Research Center. He earned a Bachelor of Science
degree in Mechanical Engineering from Carleton University
in Canada and a Masters of Science degree in Aeronautical
Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University
in Florida.
He
also has a doctorate in Aerospace Engineering from Wichita
State University in Kansas and an MBA from City University
in Washington.
