Our work began as a software division of The Information Company Pvt. Ltd. (T.I.C.), which has been developing web-related software since 1999 and has built software solutions in the areas of content management, marketing, sales, and HR for some of the biggest Indian business groups, besides creating editorial content, websites, intranets and collateral design for some of the biggest companies in India and in some other countries.

In 2019, the software products division was carved out from the parent company and Informachine Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated under the leadership of Mr. Kiron Kasbekar, promoter and former chairman and managing director of T.I.C. The parent company now focuses on content, design, and IT solutions.
