The world's largest commercial plane, the Airbus A-380, was the star attraction at India Aviation 2014, the fourth edition of the event that began at Hyderabad on Wednesday.
Emirates and Airbus arranged the display of the plane at Begumpet airport located in the heart of the city.
Visitors were spellbound by the luxury interiors, including first class private suites and shower spas aboard the super jumbo.
The plane landed at the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport at Shamshabad on the city outskirts and then reached Begumpet airport, shortly after the inauguration of the five-day event. Officials said the aircraft will be on display for three days.
This is the second time that the aircraft is being displayed at India Aviation. At the second edition of the biennial event in 2008, Airbus had brought the 525-seat aircraft from its headquarters in Toulouse, France. But officials said this was the first time that an in-service and fully furnished Airbus A380 was on display.
As many as 18 aircraft, including the Boeing 787 Dreamliner, are being exhibited at the show.
