Jet to launch daily New Delhi-Doha service from 21 January ‘10

Private air carrier, Jet Airways, will introduce its third daily service to Doha with the introduction of its services on the New Delhi-Doha sector from 21 January 2010. The service will be operated with a state-of-the-art Boeing 737-800 aircraft.
The airline currently operates daily services to Doha from Mumbai and Kochi.
Flight 9W 554 will depart Delhi at 1950 hrs, arriving in Doha at 2150 hrs. Flight 9W 553 will then depart Doha at 2250 hrs, arriving in Delhi at 0500 hrs, the following morning.
According to Nikos Kardassis, acting CEO, Jet Airways, ''Doha has been among the more popular destinations in Jet Airways' international network and the airline's services to and from India to the capital of Qatar have been much appreciated by travellers. The launch of our daily services to Doha from Delhi will cater to the strong customer demand for direct flights on the route, and will also connect travellers from Doha to Jet Airways' 61-destination strong network spanning the length and breadth of India and beyond."
In addition to Doha, Jet Airways flies from India to eight destinations in the Gulf, including Kuwait, Bahrain, Muscat, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Jeddah, Sharjah and Riyadh
