New Delhi:  Jet Airways has decided to restart a daily flight between the IT hubs of Pune and Bengaluru.

Jet's flight will depart Pune at 0620 hours, and will arrive at Bengaluru at 0740 hours. The return flight will take off from Bengaluru at 2100 hours, and will arrive in Pune at 2220 hours. The return flight would be the last last direct service out of Bengaluru to Pune, which will allow business travelers a full working day in Bangalore to complete work and return home in Pune on the same day.

Jet Airways CEO Wolfgang Prock-Schauer said, ''The Pune-Bengaluru sector enjoys a lot of business traffic, and the demand for a premium daily service between the two established IT hubs, specifically tailored to suit the corporate travellers' schedule was high. As the only airline offering a same-business day return service between the two cities, we expect the new flights to prove very popular with passengers."
