Adidas launches signature scent for FIFA world cup 2010

Adidas, the German based sports apparel manufacturer, has launched a signature perfume to celebrate the ongoing FIFA world cup 2010.

CavinKare and French fragrance company, Coty, will launch 'Pure Game', the limited edition fragrance for men in India.

As a tribute to host nation South Africa, the wood-scented fragrance is derived from natural ingredients found throughout the country.

Adidas Pure Game comes in a stealth black packaging with an Earth-sized football image at the bottom.

The look is offset by delta-shaped colour-bursts and a weathered word mark that announces, ''Special Edition: South Africa,'' with the 11 colours representing the 11 official languages of South Africa as well as the 11 players of a football team, both united as one.

It is priced at Rs550 for 100ml EDT (Eau de toilette) and Rs165 for deo body spray and available at leading departmental and retail chains across the country.

CavinKare has a long term tie-up with Coty Inc to promote the Adidas range of personal care products in India.
