Euro RSCG to manage advertising and PR for MDLR Airlines

Mumbai: Euro RSCG has got the creative and PR responsibilities for MDLR Airlines, a regional scheduled airline.

Euro RSCG Advertising would cater to creative duties covering above the line (ATL), below the line (BTL) and outdoor advertising, while public relations would be managed by Euro RSCG PR and Events.

MDLR presently operates flights from Delhi to Chandigarh, Ranchi and Kolkata, and is scheduled to commence operations in new sectors soon. MDLR has three BAE regional jets, which provide seats business and economy class seating.

Confirming the appointment, Gopal Goyal, chairman of MDLR Airlines, said his company was pleased to appoint Euro RSCG to handle brand communication for MDLR Airlines, adding that the agency had demonstrated their understanding of the company's brand. He said Euro RSCG got bagged the integrated win having displayed ''their passion to build India's first regional scheduled airline brand.''

Nupur Mehta, senior vice president for corporate communications at MDLR Airlines has confirmed that with Euro RSCG as partners, the regional airline will soon launch a new campaign, and  undertake brand building initiatives.

Welcoming the integrated win, Sushant Panda, Director, Euro RSCG, expressed his pleasure on partnering with MDLR for their next phase of growth, while talking about the significant experience the agency has in the travel and hospitality sector. He said MDLR's focus markets, which are essentially tier 2 cities, were the subject of Euro RSCG's latest Prosumer study, assuring MLDR in-depth knowledge and consumer understanding on the part of Euro RSCG to develop compelling communication.
