Indamex will operate fixed-day weekly services with the first 8,500-TEU vessel, mv APL Southampton, departing from Port Quasim in Karachi (Pakistan) via Nhava Sheva to US East Coast ports on 15 August, according to a CMA CGM release.

Indamex vessels will be using dedicated CMA terminals - both in India (Nhava Sheva) and in the US (New York) with dedicated windows for priority berthing on arrival, for all 52 weeks a year, the company stated.

The Indamex service is also offering a roundtrip option every 77 days via Cape of Good Hope connecting Port Qasim, Nhava Sheva, Mundra, New York, Norfolk, Savannah, Charleston and back.
