Nirvava accentuates exotic wines from French lineage

Haryana-based Nirvana Biosys has introduced classic assortment of red and white wines for the elites by bringing forth the Luca wines - Cabernet Sauvignon and Sauvignon Blanc.

Luca Cabernet Sauvignon is a distinctive blend of aromas of berries and oak, well-integrated with tannins. The dry medium-bodied red wine can be paired with lamb, spicy Indian foods, red meats, barbeques and cheese.

The Sauvignon Blanc is a dry light-bodied white wine, light yellow in colour, that goes with white meat, seafood and lightly-spicy Asian dishes.

The wines are priced at Rs500.

Nirvana produces international quality wines from grape juice imported from France, Italy, South Africa and other fine grape producing regions of the world.

The process enables to retain the true taste, aroma and flavor of these distinctive grapes and also overcome the challenges of long distance transportation at high temperature, which can adversely impact the quality of wine.

Nirvana Biosys  recently set up a winery the first in North India in Haryana on NH-8 to Jaipur. It works in collaboration with E.C.Oxenham & Co.Ltd. a company with French lineage, who are into wine making for last over 75 years.

Apart from premium quality grape wines, Nirvana's portfolio consists of exotic lychee and mango wines, which will be launched soon.
