Novotel opens in Mumbai

International hotel chain Novotel launched Novotel Mumbai at Juhu Beach yesterday. Spread over 2.5 acres on a beach-front site, Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach offers 203 guest rooms and suites: 12 suites, 60 premier rooms and 131 standard rooms.

Designed for the international palette, Novotel Juhu Beach will offer five food and beverage options: The Square, an all day dining restaurant with an open show kitchen, Olio that invites you to a take a culinary journey through the Mediterranean with live cooking stations, Sampan a revival of Mumbai's favourite Oriental restaurant serving the Cantonese, and Sichuan cuisine, Bageecha an al-fresco dining experience featuring Indian tandoori BBQ and Gadda da Vida a sophisticated and graceful lounge offering sunset views of the Arabian Sea.
