Mumbai: SABe TV is all set to face the challenge posed by business biggies like Star Plus, Zee and Sony Entertainment Television by offering new shows and programmes.
To cite an example, it has recently initiated a new concept of one-minute stand-up comedy, titled SAB Chalta Hai. Hosted by Saajid Khan, the stand-up comedy (half-an-hour every day) will deal with contemporary issues.
A hearty combination of humour and wit, this entertaining filler features Khan playing different character roles. From our desi actors to the international personalities, he impersonates everyone including the likes of General Parvez Musharraf, A B Vajpayee, Osama bin Laden, Dev Anand, Subhash Ghai, Sachin Tendulkar... and the common man.
Another mentionable programme SABe TV offers its viewers is Jai Shree Swaminarayan, telecast on Sundays at 8:30 am. Based on the life of Leela Swaminarayan, the story revolves around the preaching on non-violence and the message he conveyed to mankind to promote brotherhood.
