Bell Helicopter tops AIN's 2007 survey

Bell Helicopter, a Textron company has been rated the best rotorcraft manufacturer for product support by the 2007 Aviation International News (AIN) product support survey for the second year running. Earlier this year, it topped the professional pilot survey for customer satisfaction, for the 13th continuous year.
Bell prides itself on its customer support backed by dedicated resources available around the clock. The company says it provides access at any given time, no matter where the customer is. The AIN survey ranked Bell on top of seven out of nine categories.
Bell Helicopter makes manned and unmanned vertical lift aircraft for both commercial and military applications. It is the pioneer of the revolutionary tilt rotor aircraft. Bell aircraft are flown in more than 120 countries.
Textron Inc is an $11 billion aircraft, industrial and finance conglomerate operating in 32 countries with approximately 40,000 employees.
