Finnair boosts India operations: total of 12 flights from Delhi and Mumbai
29 Mar 2007
Finnair currently operates three flights a week to the country's capital, but will boost services to a daily one from mid-May. It will operate five times a week from Mumbai, starting June 17.
Together, both destinations will see Finnair operating 12 flights a week to and from Finland.
The carrier began its India operations in October 2006 and boasts of running the shortest service between India and any EU country, with a flight time of barely six-and-a-half hours.
