IndiGo will deploy the new A-320 to connect Nagpur with Delhi and Pune, with the same aircraft then extending the service to Bangalore. With the fresh induction, the airline will now operate 70 daily flights to 14 destinations.
IndiGo is promoted by Gurgaon-based travel and aviation firm, InterGlobe Enterprises and former US-based airline executive, Rakesh Gangwal.
InterGlobe eventually intends to induct 40 aircraft, and connect some 30 Indian cities by 2010.
